介绍了Ｎｏｖｅｌ网的ＩＰＸ（互连包交换）协议的应用。通过该网络协议，实现了Ｎｏｖｅｌ网中的工作站之间的数据通信及远程作业的提交与执行的程序设计。由于ＩＰＸ实现了ＸＮＳ（ＸｅｒｏｘＮｅｔｗｏｒｋＳｙｓｔｅｍｓ）协议的互连网络数据报协议（ＩＤＰ），可以直接与互连网上的其他工作站、服务器和设备相连接，因而具有很好的实用性。

An application of IPX (Internet Packet Exchange) protocol on novell network is introduced. Through this protocol the design of program in data communications, remote job handling and its executing among novell network stations was accomplished.Since IPX realizes internetwork datagram protocol of xerox network systems protocol it can be directly used to the connections of other stations and servers on INTERNET.Therefore the program given is proved to be very pratical.
