摘要
橡胶等体积取代砂石掺入混凝土中,研究橡胶纤维掺量及形状对新拌混凝土的坍落度、含气量、硬化混凝土抗压强度、抗弯拉强度影响。研究结果表明,橡胶粒会显著增加混凝土含气量,降低混凝土强度;橡胶纤维对抗压强度影响大于橡胶粒;同时掺橡胶纤维的混凝土在承受弯拉荷载至破坏的过程中,有良好的变形特性,体现了橡胶纤维良好的增韧效果。
The differences of slump, air content, strength and deformation perfornlance were studied by making concrete using rubber fiber in place of aggregate. Studies show that air content obviously affects the strength and it's disadvantageous to reducing brittleness, rubber fiber affects the compressive strength more than rubber particles and when concrete are bended, the concrete with rubber fiber has better deformation performance.
