摘要
分析了梳棉机上分梳元件的作用机理,论述了锡林—道夫间纤维的转移过程及转移率的测定方法,说明影响道夫转移率的因素是锡林、道夫针布的种类、规格、齿型、隔距、锡林速度及产量等;指出梳棉机道夫机构存在的严重问题导致经锡林—盖板区梳理得到的平行伸直纤维状态被破坏而出现大量的各种弯钩纤维;为了解决道夫机构缺陷,以俄罗斯梳并联合机和中国台湾CC-50型新道夫机构梳棉机为例,介绍其工作原理与优点,以供研发新型梳棉机参考。
Analysis is done to the work-how of the top carding element of the card machine and the fiber transferring process between the cylinder and the doffer and method testing transferring rate. The factors impacting the transferring rate includes varieties, specifications, type of the teeth ,gauge of the card clothing on the cylinder and the doffer as well as the cylinder speed and production rate. Big problems with the doffer mechanism will result in the disorder of the fiber arrangement in the cylinder-doffer area, resulting in much bended fiber. To solve the problem,introduction is given to the carding and doubling combine from Russia and the card with new doff CC-50 from Taiwan of China regarding the work-how and the advantages, only for information to the researchers.
