浅析现代细纱机牵伸传动系统的主要特征

My Tentative View on the Main Performance of the Draft Mechanism of the Modern Ring Spinning Frame

为了系统认识环锭细纱机牵伸传动系统的主要特征,以有代表性的FA506型细纱机为例,着重从传动路线、牵伸调整、传动元件和结构布局四个方面进行了分析,指出合理的牵伸传动有利于提高细纱机的牵伸效能,优化后区牵伸,方便工艺调整,新型牵伸传动正不断向简单合理化方向发展。

In order to have a systematic knowledge of the main performance of the draft mechanism of the ring spinning frame,sampling the spinning frame FA506,analysis is done regarding the tranmission route, draft regulation, transmission parts and the configuration. Conclusion is made that logic draft transmission favors draft performance and rear draft as well as process regulation. The new draft mechanism is developing in way of simple and logic structure.
