Analysis on the Insulation Effect of Condensate Tanks

中盐皓龙下属天源公司热电厂建有三台ф9000×9000mm制盐返回冷凝水储桶,用于中转、储存制盐Ⅱ效冷凝返回水。Ⅱ效冷凝返回水通过疏水泵进入除氧器,补充锅炉用水。制盐Ⅱ效冷凝返回水的温度通常在93℃左右,经冷凝水储桶自然降温后,夏季温度降为60℃左右,冬季温度降为50℃左右。从节能降耗方面考虑,对三台冷凝水储桶进行了保温,效果明显。

Thermal Power Plant of Tianyuan Company affiliated to CNSIC Haolong Salt and Chemical Co., Ltd.owns three Ф9000×9000mm tanks for transiting and storing condensate returned from Effect Ⅱ salt making evaporator.The Effect Ⅱ condensate enter deaerator through drain pump,used as boiler make-up water.The temperature of the condensate is normally around 93℃. It will drop to about 60℃ in summer and 50℃ in winter after natural cooling.To reach the aim of saving energy and reducing consumption,the three tanks have been insulated with line effects.
