摘要
ERP系统的应用是一项高风险、高投入项目,实施的整个过程存在种种风险。企业要对风险有充分认识,在整个ERP的实施过程中,应注意实施ERP系统前期的可行性分析,避免ERP选型风险,避免ERP实施风险,建立一套行之有效的风险管理机制,从而提高ERP系统的实施成功率。
ERP System is a high-risk, high investment project, the implementation of the whole process is full of all kinds of risks.Enterprises must fully understand the risks,throughout the ERP implementation process,we should pay attention to the the feasible pre-analysis before the implementation of ERP system to avoid the risk of ERP selection and ERP implementation,establishing an effective risk management mechanism to improve the success rate of ERP system implementation.This paper introduces the problems should pay attention to when carry out ERP after analysis and summary of the lessons and experiences of many domestic enterpreises in the implemention of the ERP system,especially after deep analysis of the implementation of ERP in Sichuan Jiuda Salt Making Group.
