基于灰色关联决策方法的水库移民可持续发展能力评价研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了科学合理地评价水库移民安置效果,需对其可持续发展能力进行评价.根据水库移民经济、社会发展的特点,构建出以发展力和协调力为两大支撑功能表征水库移民可持续发展水平、能力和动态趋势的评价指标体系,运用灰色关联决策的方法,建立了水库移民可持续发展灰色评价模型.实例验证表明,该方法是一种操作性较好的评价方法,同时根据评价结果,提出了现阶段我国水库移民实现经济社会协调可持续发展的相关建议. For making a scientific and reasonable appraisal on resettlement effect,it is necessary to evaluate on the sustainable development ability of reservoir resettlement.On the basis of characteristics of economy and society,the evaluation index system of sustainable development for reservoir resettlement was established,that development power and coordinate strength were this system s two supporting functions,and level and ability,and dynamic tendency of sustainable development of reservoir resettlement were characterized And using the grey incidence decision-making theory,a sustainable development grey evaluation model was established. After the example was tested,it was shown that this method was a good maneuverability way. According to the result of evaluation,some suggestions for economy and society sustainable development of reservoir resettlement in China at present were put foward.
