Application of Correlative Analysis at QC Group Activities

QC小组将安阳卷烟厂2007年7月的质量报表中"松散回潮工序后室温度过程能力指数小于1.33",不能满足要求的问题作为研究课题,通过现状调查,并将调查数据绘在散布图上,利用散布图了解到松散回潮工序前室温度标偏和后室温度标偏之间具有高度的线性相关,通过相关分析,确定了前室温度波动大是影响后室温度波动大的症结.通过实施相关对策使后室温度的过程能力指数满足要求.通过相关分析不仅准确地找出了问题的症结,而且提升了QC成果的水平.

In the quality report forms of Anyang Cigarette Factory in July in 2007,the process-capacity exponent of back space in the loose moisture process was less than 1.33,and could not meet the requirement,QC group made this problem as the study′s aim,through investigating the present,and the investigating data was drawn to a loose distribution chart,this chart showed that,the temperature deviation of the pront space was high correlative with that of the back space in the loose moisture process,the corralative analysis defined that big temperature fluctuation of the front space was the reason that caused big temperature fluctuation of the back space, by some counter measures, the process-capacity exponent reached to the requirement by the correlative analysis, not only the reason of the problem was found quickly,but also the level of QC achievement was raised.
