摘要
为了实现对高校教师考核的定量评价,建立了教师质量评价指标体系,通过对高校教学管理系统中的数据进行统计、分析,确定评价指标,并将数据挖掘技术引入评价体系,分别运用优序比较法和主成分分析法对指标进行量化分析,并通过关联规则分析了该评价体系的科学性与合理性.
In order to realize the quantitative evaluation of university teachers′ evaluation,the evaluation indexes system of university teacher was set up,according to the statistics and analysis based on the data of college teaching management system,the evaluation indexes were confirmed,and data mining technology was introduced to the evaluation system,priority order comprision method and principal component analysis method were used to analyze indexes quantitatively,the association rules are used to analyze the evaluation system's scientific and reasonable characteristics.
