摘要
本文首先介绍了宝钢开发的55mm厚的低屈服点钢BLY225,并进行了可焊性试验,接着针对上海虹桥枢纽工程中采用的屈曲约束支撑结构的制作特点,进行了BLY225钢与Q345钢的异种钢对接接头和角接接头的各种力学性能试验。最后得出如下结论:(1)宝钢低屈服点钢BLY225的化学成分和力学性能均匀,具有良好的抗层状撕裂性能和良好的可焊性;(2)异种钢对接接头和角接接头具有优良的综合力学性能;(3)采用宝钢生产的BLY225低屈服点钢生产的屈曲约束支撑结构,可以满足上海世博工程——虹桥枢纽工程所要求的低屈服点阻尼器的制作要求。
Firstly, the low yield strength steel BLY225 with the thickness of 55mm developed by Baosteel is introduced. Secondly, the weldability of BLY225 with the thickness of 55mm is investigated. Next, the welding procedure experiments and various mechanical tests of the corner joint of BLY225 steel and the dissimilar butt joint of BLY225 and Q345B, which are adopted in the manufacturing of buckling restrained braces, are carried out. The results are as follows: (1) BLY225, low yield point steel, has not only the homogeneous chemical composition distribution and mechanical properties, but also the excellent resistant properties to lamellar tearing and good weldability; (2) the corner joint of BLY225 and the dissimilar butt welded join of BLY225 and Q345 have excellent comprehensive mechanical properties; and (3) the buckling-restrained braces manufactured with BEY225 low yield strength steel of Baosteel can meet the manufacturing requirements of low-yield-strength steel damper applied in the Hongqiao hub project, which is one of key projects for Shanghai World Expo.
