摘要
对科技期刊编辑进行绩效评价是编辑部管理中的重要内容。科技期刊编辑工作的特点决定了评价应该从编辑的道德品质、工作态度、工作能力以及所取得的业绩四个方面进行考核指标的制定。在制定评价指标时要注意明确考核的目的,注重全体编辑的参与以及以人为本。
Achievement evaluation is a major content of management of editorial department. According to the characteristics of editorial work, we must examine the editor's moral character, manner, ability and achievement. When we work out the evaluation indexes, we must take note of evaluation purpose, all editors participate in the drawing up indexes and people - oriented.
