摘要
运用《应对方式问卷》对19所高校450名体育教师进行问卷调查,旨在了解高校体育教师应对方式的特点,为防止心理问题提供理论依据,并有助于向其提供有针对性的帮助,进而提高体育教学质量和生活质量。调查结果表明:高校体育教师应对方式各维度平均分由高到低依次为解决问题、求助、合理化、幻想、退避、自责。6个分量表均与性别的主效应有关;其中,自责、幻想维度还同性别与年龄的交互作用有关。退避分量表与月收入的主效应有关,同性别与月收入的交互作用亦有关。
By mea.n.s of questionaires for 450 P. E teachers' coping styles in 19 universities, this paper is meant to understand the characteristics of their coping styles, find the theoretical basis for their psychological stress, offer some help to them to improve the quality both in their teaching and living. The investigation shows that in every dimension the average of the P. E teachers' coping style, in decreasing sequence, is respectively solving problem, seeking help, rationalzing, imagining, withdrawing and selfreproaching. The six statistical graphs are all related to the main effect of sex. Selfreproaching and imagining are also intrrelated to age. The statistical graph of withdrawing is not only related to the main effect of monthly income but also interrelated to it and sex.
