以适应高技术信息化战争的军事训练为目标,由各学科专家和具有丰富军事作战训练经验的领导及官兵组成的评估决策群体,构建军人基础体能训练的指标体系,并采用多目标最优化和群体决策方法进行评估,采用定量、半定量和定性相结合的理想点方法建立评估数学模型。

It adopted the optimum multi- targets and group- decision - making method to evaluate scientifically. It also took the quantitative, semi - quantitative and qualitative analysis of ideal point to establish the mathematical model.
