摘要
20CrMnTi渗碳层中网状、颗粒状碳化物形态对渗碳件的力学性能产生良好影响,碳化物形态的改善,可进一步提高零件的耐磨性。当碳化物呈球状均匀分布时,其耐磨性更优于网状。
The network and grainy carbide in carburized layer would generate good influence for mechanical properties. Improvement of carbide formation would increase wear resistance. Wear resistance is better when grainy carbide homogeneously distributed than reticulate.
