白芍水萃取液的荧光光谱研究

摘要 采用荧光光谱分析技术,研究了白芍水萃取液在230-260nm紫外光激发下的荧光光谱。研究结果表明,在245nm波长处产生的荧光较强,荧光峰是280-405nm范围的宽谱峰,荧光峰值波长在320nm处;同时采用245nm紫外光激发不同浓度的白芍水萃取液时,最大荧光相对强度和溶液浓度之间存在较好的线性关系,为检测白芍有效成分的含量提供了一种新的方法。该研究结果对推动光谱分析技术在中草药分析研究中的应用将起到重要的作用。 The fluorescence spectroscopy of the radix paeonia alba is induced by UV-light 230-260 nm and its characteristic is studied experimentally. The result shows that a stronger fluorescence can be generated when it is induced by UV-light with a wavelength of 245nm. The fluorescence spectra are within a range from 280 to 405 nm. Its peak wavelength is about 318 nm. On the other hand, the maximize fluorescence intensity peak and concentration has a good line relationship, which provide a new approach for the detection of the radix paeonia alba. The results of this research are of value for the radix paeonia alba pharmacology analysis and plays an important role in the research and development of Chinese herbal pharmacology and new pharmacology.
