摘要 ANGPTL1基因(类血管生长因子基因1)是最近发现的ANGPTLs基因家族的一个成员,它对血管发生、内皮细胞的保护及胚胎器官发生等方面有重要作用。综述了ANGPTL1基因的基本结构、主要功能和基因表达调控等方面的研究进展。 ANGPTL1 Gene, a member of the angiopoietin-related protein family, is known to regulate angiogenesis, preservation of vascular integrity and embryonic organogenesis. Research progress of basic structure, main function, and regulation of gene expression for ANGPTL1 gene were summarized in this paper.
