一种图文电视表述层协议的扩展及其编辑系统

An Extension of Teletext Presentation LevelProtocol and Its Editing System

图文电视是一种新颖的大众化传播媒介，其表述层协议决定了图文电视整个系统的编码方案。本文提出了一种图文电视表述层协议的汉字扩张方法，并在图文电视表述层协议中加入了图像（ＪＰＥＧ）功能，讨论了图文画面颜色的扩展，并给出了一种图文电视编辑系统的设计与实现。

The teletext is a popular,cheap kind of propagation medium,lts presentaton level protocol decide the coding scheme of thd teletext system.In this paper,the extension of the teletext presentation level protocol is discussed.It mainly refer to extension to the Chinese charactors,static image compression and colors.At last,the design and the realization of a editing system of the presentation level protocol is given.
