讲叙了聚酯生产中切粒设备上股条监测目前最普遍的几种方式,分析了这几种方式的缺点,提出了利用红外测温的方式来监测股条状态。介绍了红外测温的原理、方式的可行性及优点,提出了红外测温装置的控制方案。

The most general methods of granulate equipment wire strand monitoring in PET production at present were described. The disadvantages of the methods were analysed, the infrared temperature measurement methods was used to monitor the wire strand state. The principle, feasibilty and advantages of infrared temperature measurement were analysed. The control scheme of infrared thermometer was put forward.
