摘要
利用希尔斯纺丝生产线及其工艺纺制POY海岛型超细复合纤维,并介绍了切片预结晶干燥、海岛复合比例、纺丝温度、冷却成形、上油、卷绕等工艺条件。在FTF12SDS型拉伸变形机上采用合适的变形工艺可成功生产海岛型超细复合DTY。
Sea-island superfine composite POY can be produced with Hills technology. The technological conditions such as chip preerystallization and spinning production line and production drying , the sea-island compound proportion, the spinning temperature, cooling shaping, oiling and winding were introduced. Sea-island superfine composite DTY filament can be produced successfully by using suitable texturing process on FTF12SDS draw texturing ma- chine.
