APPLICATION OF LIGA PROCESS IN FABRICATION OF MEDICAL DEVICES AND SYSTEMS

摘要 文报道了近几年来 LIGA技术的改进 (如制备活动微结构和特殊形状侧壁以及与集成电路的准单元集成等 ) ,描述了用 L IGA技术制备的器件和微系统在医疗中的应用 ,包括微执行器、液体控制系统 (微泵和微阀 )、微光谱仪、光化学分析系统等。 The improvements of LIGA Process in the last years for fabrication of movable microstructures,shaped sidewalls and monolithic integration are reported.The medical applications of devices and system by LIGA process ,including microactuators,fluid handling system (micropumps and microvalves),microspectrograph and optochemical analysis systems,are described.
