摘要
在分析暴雨天气过程形成的环流形势、物理量场、卫星云图特征及雷达回波特征的基础上,建立了驻马店市暴雨天气监测预警系统。该系统主要包括短期、短时、临近3种预报(预警)时效,低涡、切变、低槽、台风4类影响系统共12套预报(预警)模型。经2005-2008年应用,暴雨短时预报准确率达87.1%。
The monitoring and early warning system were set up basing on the study of circumfluence character, physical fields, the satellite cloud photographs and Doppler weather radar echo characteristics of the storm weather. This system was including twelve forecast models of three types prediction prescription such as short-term, short-time, immediate and four influence systems such as vortex, shear, low atmospheric pressure and typhoon, etc. By using form 2005 to 2008, the nicety rate of short-time forecasting is 87.1%.
