The social flow of urban and rural areas is lasting over two decades, it promotes great development of rural areas, but also brings a number of urgent problems. Especially the social welfare system is not perfect, so the changing of rural family structure and function impacts social living of the rural aged easily. For example, the adjusting of new family rote and the Third-Generation-Caring add more burden and social problems to family elders. The paper tries to explore some effec.tive social work solution to the social problem, so as to enhance the capacity of the elderly social ability.
