摘要
目的:探讨改进肠内营养对桥小脑角肿瘤术后吞咽功能障碍患者康复的影响。方法:将我们2006年3月-2009年3月收治手术的患者术后吞咽困难为观察组,共48例,男31例,女17例;年龄26—70岁。回顾性分析2003年3月-2006年2月手术的患者术后吞咽困难为对照组,共37例,男16例,女11例;年龄27~80岁。观察组是在营养师的指导下,用营养泵早期实施肠内营养;对照组是在医生的指导下,用空针灌注实施肠内营养。结果:观察组较对照组颅内感染率降低16.84%,肺部感染降低18.07%,消化道出血降低20.16%,腹泻降低16.61%,术后平均住院天数减少4.4d。结论:早期适时的肠内营养,可以降低患者的多种并发症。
Objective : To explore the effect of improvement of enteral nutrition on the rehabilitation of patients with severe dysphagia after pontcerebellar angle tumor surgery. Methods: 48 surgical patients admitted to our hospital from March 2006 to March 2009 were taken as observation group ( male 31, female 17,26 - 70 years old) and the other 37 surgical patients admitted to hospital from March 2003 to February 2006 were taken control group (male 16, female 11 27 -80 years old ) and retrospective analysis was made. In observation group, the early enteral nutrition was given to the patients with nutrition pump under the guidance of the dietitian, and in control group the patients were given enteral nutrition by injection under the guidance of doctors. Results: The intracranial infection rate, lung infection, gastrointestinal bleeding and diarrhea reduced 16.84%, 18.07%, 20. 16% and 16.61% respectively in observation group compared with that in control group. The average days of hospitalization were shortened 4.4 days. Conclusion: Early and timely enteral nutrition can reduce a variety of complications in patients with severe dysphagia after pontcerebellar angle tumor surgery.
