摘要
利用热力学的方法结合热重失重分析讨论了硫酸铵和粉煤灰混合焙烧及硫酸铝铵分解的反应过程,并通过实验加以验证。在最佳条件下,粉煤灰中氧化铝提取率可达96%。
The process of calcination using fly ash and ammonium sulfate as raw materials and the process of ammonium aluminum sulfate hydroxide de compound were analyzed with thermodynamics and thermal analysis methods. And the results of calculation were make sure through experiments, The extraction efficiency of Al2O3 can reach 96 percent under the optimum conditions.
