摘要
简述铝合金结构件中化合物偏析缺陷的形成机制、形貌特征与危害,详述用高频点聚焦、水浸探头超声波探伤方法检测特殊结构件中化合物偏析缺陷,并对检测结果的准确性进行了剖伤验证、定性分析。
The paper briefly introduces the mechanism of compound aliquation defect formation in aluminum alloy component and its features as well as damage. It presents high frequency focus and water immersion probe supersonic detection to detect the aliquation defect in special components and checks the measured results for their accuracy.
