摘要
洪水资源化是新时期高效开发利用水资源的有效途径.在对洪水资源化途径及主要措施进行分析的基础上,提出了水库洪水资源化调度的方式和主要技术,分析了水库洪水资源化产生的效益.
Utilizing flood resources is a significant way in effective using water resources. Based on the analysis of measures on flood utilization, techniques on reservoir operation are proposed, and the benefit of utilization on reservoir flood resources is analyzed.
