摘要
某水泥厂窑房钢筋混凝土梁的静载荷试验分七级进行,共加荷近0.14Mkg,是一次大型的现场静载荷试验。试验中在梁身布置了应变片百分表。分别测得了各级荷载作用下的应变与挠度,并用读数显微镜观测了梁身的裂缝开展。实测与计算表明:实测的应变与挠度均小于理论计算以及规范要求,故可认为被检测的钢筋混凝土梁能满足设计与使用要求。
The statical load test of reinforced concrete beam in a certain cement factory killn is divided Into seven stages. The total load is about 0. 14 Mkg. It is large--scale test. In the test, straingauges and deflectometers are arranged the beam. Stains and deflections are tested at every stage. The test result is agree with calculated values. Tested strain and deflection are less than their theoretical values and standard requirement. The test indicates that the tested beam meets the need of design and use.
