摘要
通过高速公路隧道工程项目建设成本计算,验证显著性成本CS理论并建立显著性成本项目CSIs测算模型。应用显著性成本CS理论大大简化工作量,节省工程投资估算、设计概算以及编制投标报价的时间及相关费用,有利于工程建设的投资控制。
Through a calculation of the tunnel project in an expressway, the significant cost CS theory is verified, and the estimate model of significant cost project CSLs is constructed. The application of significant cost CS theory can greatly simplify the workload, save the time and relevant fees of the investment estimate of a project, preliminary estimate, and compiling the tender offer, which is good to the investment control of the engineering construction.
