摘要
目的探讨生长激素引起高血糖的相关因素,提出护理对策。方法对使用生长激素后14例血糖升高患者及28例未出现血糖变化患者的年龄、性别、营养状态、手术、急性生理学和既往健康状态评分、体温、血压、血红蛋白、电解质、血糖等因素进行logistic回归分析。结果单因素条件logistic回归分析有意义的因素为手术、营养状态、低钾血症;多因素条件回归分析显示手术和营养状态与应用生长激素引起高血糖有关。结论接受手术治疗和营养状态良好的危重患者应用生长激素时易出现高血糖并发症。
Objective To explore the related factors of hyperglycemia caused by growth hormone and put forward nursing strategies. Method Take logistic regression analysis on age, gender, nutritional status, operation, acute physiology and previous health status score, temperature, blood pressure, hemoglobin, electrolyte, blood glucose, etc. for 14 patients with hyperglycemia and 28 patients without hyperglycemia after using growth hormone. Result Operation, nutritional status and hypokalemia are the significant factors according to single factor logistic regression analysis. Regression analysis of multivariate factors shows that operation and nutritional status are related to hyperglycemia caused by growth hormone. Conclusion Critical patients who receive operation and have nice nutritional status tend to acquire hyperglycemia caused by growth hormone
