依匹斯汀联合乙氧苯柳胺软膏、卤米松乳膏治疗神经性皮炎疗效观察

To observe on the effect of using Epinastine Hydrochloride and Etofesalamide Ointment, Halometasone Cream jontly in treating heurodermatitis

目的研究依匹斯汀联合乙氧苯柳胺软膏、0．05％卤米松乳膏治疗神经性皮炎的疗效。方法选择神经性皮炎病例80例，分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用依匹斯汀联合乙氧苯柳胺软膏、0．05％卤米松乳膏治疗，对照组采用乙氧苯柳胺软膏、0．05％卤米松乳膏治疗，治疗3周，观察比较治疗1、2、3周后两组的疗效。结果在治疗的前两周观察组使用依匹斯汀治疗神经性皮炎疗效要优于对照组，3周后两组之间疗效差异则无显著性。结论采用口服依匹斯汀联合外用乙氧苯柳胺软膏、0．05％卤米松乳膏的方法是治疗神经性皮炎的有效方法。

Objective To study the effect of Epinastine Hydrochloride and Etofesalamide Ointment Cream, Halometasone Cream in treating heurodermatitis. Methods To choose 80 heurodermatitis pataients and to divide into two groups：observation group （40 pataients） and control group（40 pataients）. To use Epinasitine Hydrochloride（20 mg each time once a day）and Etofesalamide Ointment Cream,0.05% Halometasone Cream（ twice a day）jointly in treating the observation group for three weeks. To use Etofesalamide Ointment Cream,0.05% Halometasone Cream （ twice a day） in treating the patients in the Contrast Group fnr three weeks. To observer the effect of two groups during the 3 weeks. Results In the first two weeks, Epinastine Hydrochloride has better effect on treating heurodermatitis. After three weeks,it has been proved statistically that there is no difference between the two groups. Conclusion It＇s an effective way to use Epinastine Hydrochloride and Etofesalamide Ointment,0. 05% Halometasone Cream jontly in treating heurodermatitis.
