注射用头孢呋辛97例不良反应分析

Cefuroxime for injection analysis of adverse reactions of 97 cases.

目的了解头孢呋辛临床应用中的不良反应，并探讨其规律及特点。方法分析笔者所在医院2005至2008年有关头孢呋辛的不良反应报告。结果头孢呋辛的不良反应以神经系统最为多见，皮肤次之，再次为消化系统的反应：结论头孢呋辛的不良反应发生的年龄段为12～82岁的患者，其中以70～82岁的患者较为多见，占总比例的37．11％：提示用药过程注意合理化，尽量减少ADR的发生率。

Objective Clinical application of cefuroxime in the understanding of adverse reactions and to explore the characteristics of its laws. Methods Analysis of 2005 to 2008 in our hospital - related adverse reaction reports cefuroxime. Results Adverse Reactions Cefuroximc the most common in the nervous system,skin system,second,and again the response of the digestive system. Conclusion The incidence of adverse reactions Cefuroxirne ages of 12 to 82 years for the patients,with patients aged 70 to 82 were more,the total percentage of 37.11%. Use the process of attention to the rationalization,to minimize the incidence of ADR.
