我国工程延误费用索赔计算方法的研究

立足我国工程费用项目构成的稳定性和费率的规定性，适当借鉴国际工程中较成熟的经验，简化延误索赔的复杂情况，在费用项目时间相关分析的基础上，提出了有普遍意义的计算模型，以迅速解决延误费用索赔计算的问题．在具体应用时，对模型进行适当修正，从而合理解决工程实践问题．

Based on the stability of construction items and ratios in China, absorbing the method in international projects which is fit for Chinese practice,the paper simplifies complicated conditions and analyzes the relationship between delay time and cost items and offers a calculation method for delay cost claims, so the problems can be resolved quickly.
