摘要
《珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要(2008-2020年)》的颁布和实施,标志着珠三角区域一体化问题上升为国家层面的公共政策议题。虽然欧盟的情况与珠三角有着许多不同之处,但欧盟推进区域一体化的理念思路、体制机制和政策工具等基本经验对于珠三角区域一体化发展有着重要的借鉴意义。以欧盟区域一体化为借鉴,将会为从制度层面推进珠三角区域一体化提供创新路向。
The Guidelines of the Plan for the Regional Development and Reform of the Pearl River Delta(2008-2020) have been put forward as a signal of promoting the regional integration of the Pearl River Delta to be concerned in the national public policy agenda.We can learn from the successful experiences of regional integration from the European Union,though the situation in the European Union is very different from that of the Pearl River Delta.Learning from the successful experiences of the EU’s regional integration will be of great significance in theory and practice as we are in the process of promoting the regional integration of the Pearl River Delta.The paper explores the basic ways about promoting the regional integration of the Pearl River Delta from an institutional perspective of learning from the experiences of the European Union.
