绿色制造工艺规划是实施绿色制造的关键环节,而绿色工艺种类的选择是绿色制造工艺规划的首要内容.在分析了面向绿色制造工艺种类选择的时间、质量、成本、资源消耗和环境影响等5个决策目标的基础上,提出了面向绿色制造的工艺种类选择应遵循的一般性原则,建立了面向绿色制造工艺种类选择的多目标决策数学模型,并应用模糊加权系统方法对模型进行求解.最后,通过某零件毛坯砂型铸造成型工艺种类的选择实例,说明了绿色工艺种类的选择过程.实例分析与求解结果验证了该模型及其求解算法的可行性和实用性.图1,表2,参9.

Process planning is the key in appling green manufacturing, and, process category selection for green manufacturing is it＇s primary content. Five decision-making were analyzed, including the time, the quality, the cost, the resources and the enviroment effect. The genneral principle for process category selection was researched, and the process category selection model for green manufacturing was setup. To solve the model, fuzzy weighted is introduced. Finally, a example of the choice was done, which explained the choice course of the green manufacturing crafts and shows the model is feasible and practical, lfig., 2tabs., 9refs.
