摘要
目的探讨维吾尔族与汉族冠心病患者血脂、血糖、体质指数等常见危险因素的分布情况,载脂蛋白B(ApoB)基因多态性的分布特点及在汉族、维吾尔族之间的差异。方法选取冠心病患者112例(冠心病组)和健康体检者及部分冠造阴性者137例(对照组),测量身高、体质量、血糖、血总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(ApoA)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、脂蛋白a(Lpa)等指标,计算载脂蛋白B/A比值,记录吸烟时间、年龄等,计算吸烟指数,进行不同组间比较,提取白细胞基因组DNA,用聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增和连接酶法检测ApoB基因多态性,分析汉族、维吾尔族基因型频率、等位基因频率的差别及以上其多态性与冠心病的发病关系。结果两组研究对象BMI、TG、LDL-C、ApoA1、ApoB/A、Lpa间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。冠心病组GG基因型频率较高,GA型其次,AA最少见,仅有1例。冠心病组与对照组基因型频率和等位基因频率间差异无统计学意义(P=0.476、0.331)。ApoB基因EcoRI位点维吾尔族与汉族基因型频率比较GA基因型频率维吾尔族高于汉族(χ2=10.43,P=0.001),AA等位基因频率维吾尔族高于汉族(χ2=10.51,P=0.001)结论ApoB基因EcoRI基因的A等位基因可能增加了维吾尔族冠心病的易感性;A等位基因可能是维吾尔族冠心病的易感基因;高TC、TG、LDL-C、低HDL-C、高血压、高血糖、体质指数升高是冠心病的危险因素。

Results ApoB gene A allele frequency and incidence of coronary heart disease there was no consistency, coronary heart disease allele frequency of Uygur was higher than Han. coronary heart disease group TG, TC, LDL, ApoB were higher, reaching statistical difference, P value 〈0. 05, HDL -C was lower. Conclusion ApoB gene A allele EcoRI gene target with no difference between CHD and control group, A alleles are possible coronary heart disease susceptibility gene Uygur; High blood cholesterol, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, body mass index increase are risk factors for coronary heart disease.
