研究一种用于大型结构件混合气体保护焊的自动焊接机ＣＮＣ硬、软件系统。分析焊接大型结构件存在的特殊问题，采用合适的解决方法。分析焊接ＣＮＣ系统的硬件构成和结构特点，从系统控制的角度分析了ＣＮＣ系统控制软件。

This paper researches hardware and software of CNC system for automatic welding machine, which is used for the welding of large structures under mixedgas protection. The structure and feature of hardware of welding CNC system is analysed, and the software of the system is also analysed in the view of the system control. The methods of promoting the stability and reliability of the CNC system are studied. The special problems in the welding of large structures are analysed ,and the resolutions to them are also put forward.
