摘要
采用磷酸酸析工艺分离麦草浆黑液中的固形物，滤液经苛化反应回收碱液，同时副产市场销路看好的饲料添加剂。黑液经处理后，木质素脱除率为９９．８６％，ＳｉＯ２的脱除率为８４．１２％，ＣＯＤｃｒ脱除率为８０．４５％。此工艺实现了在不损害企业经济效益前提下，达到制浆黑液零排放的污染治理目的。
The solids in black liquor of wheat straw pulp are separated by technology of phosphoric acid.Soda liquor is reclaimed from filtrate by causticizing reaction,and feed additive is produced at the same time.After the black liquor is treated, the rate of reduction in lignin is 99.86%,in silica is 84.12%,in CODcr value is 80.45%.With the technology,pollution of black liquor is treated without economic loss.
