摘要
介绍了轴流定桨式水轮机改为手动调桨式水轮机的技术路线，分析了改造前后水轮机的工况，说明这种改造有着广泛的应用前景，对老电站的技术改造和新电站的水轮机选择具有借鉴意义。
In this paper ,the technique of transformation is introduced in the fixed blade propeller water turbine and its operations are analysed. This technique will prove to be promising.
