摘要
本文以3.5-diBr-PADAP 流动注射分光光度法测定铜.研究了最佳显色条件,乳化剂 OP 的作用.基于反应速率差选择性地测定铜,允许高达200倍的钴镍存在.测定低限50μg/mL,进样频率每小时125个样.已用于测定矿石及废水中的铜.
Cupper can be determined by 3,5-diBr-PADAP in flow injectionsystem.The optimum conditions of determination and the role of OP areinvestigated.Owing to the difference in reaction rates,cupper is selectivelydetermined in the presence of the 200-times cobalt and nickle.The detectionlimit of cupper is 50μg/ml.The operation rate is 120 samples per hour.This method can be used to determine cupper in waste water or ore.
