摘要
采用摘心、去副梢、去叶等进行组合处理研究了雷司令品种的反季果酿酒特性。结果表明 :不同处理的反季节结果能力有显著差异 ;冬芽成花结实率高于夏芽 ;摘心 +去副梢处理的效果优于不摘心 +去副梢处理。在花后 2~ 5周处理 ,冬芽萌发率高 ,花序大 ,开花整齐 ,坐果率高 ,果枝结果系数高 ;反季节果的主要性状指标劣于正常果 ;反季果酒中氨基酸、Zn、K含量高 。
In this paper,the characteristics of the counter- season fruit making wine on grapevine of White Riesling ,was examined by means of the treatments combined with tipping ,cutting lateral and leaf removal.The results showed that there was a significant difference in the counter- season fruit- bearing potentiality among different treatments .The flower formation and fruit setof winter buds were superior to those of summer buds on the branches.The ef- fect of tipping+ cutting laterals was greater than that of cutting laterals.During the2~ 5 weeks after blooming ,all the treatments performed high rate of winter bud burst ,big clus- ter,high fruit set and high fruiting coefficient of branches.Main parameters of counter- sea- son fruitwere inferior to those of normal fruit .Compared with wine from normal fruit ,there were highe amino acid,Zn,K content as well as higher organic acid,malic acid,in wine from counter- season fruit.
