含预成型孔复合材料单层板的一种设计方法

摘要 基于有限元应力分析和强度准则以及纤维连续绕过孔边的约束条件,对含孔纤维增强复合材料单层极的纤维取向和密度分布进行迭代设计,结果表明:在平均纤维含量不变的条件下其拉伸强度取得较大幅度的提高。此研究结果可进一步用于含孔复合材料层合板的设计。 A iteration method for the orientation and the distribution of fibers in a composite ply with a pre-formed hole is proposed, which is based on the FEM analysis and the corresponding criterion of strength and continuous condition of fibers. It is shown that, there is marked increase of the load carrying capability compared with that of the ply with a drilled hole. The obtained result can further be extended to the design of composite laminate with pre-formed holes.
