Conbination of On-line Methods and Off-line Methods for On-line Recognizing Un-constraint Handwritten Numerals

提出了一种将脱机方法与联机方法有机结合的字符识别方案。将其用于识别自由手写数字时，对5万手写字符的识别率为97.54％，误识率为1．98％，拒识率为0．48％

In this paper, we propose a scheme of recognizing un-constraint handwritten numerals,in which on-line methods and off-line methods are combined. This scheme inherits the good quality,and overcoming the defect of both on-line methods and off-line methods. Experiments show the scheme has achieved impressive performance and the preliminary results are very encourgine for recongnizing un-contraint handwritten numerals.
