摘要
论述了CIM的两大支撑系统网络、数据库以及其关键技术,即集成技术.应用CIM的哲理、概念和方法,将北方工业大学自动化实验室的4套双水位控制实验系统集成为1套先进的控制与管理集成系统.本系统的网络结构分为3层,分别为设备级网络、监控层网和校园网.由于本系统中采用了Internet/Intranet/Extranet体系,通过浏览器方式。
In recent years, CIM is developing very fast. It is applied not only in the discrete-manufacturing industry but also in the process industry. It is presented in this paper how to build an advanced automation laboratory using CIM's concepts and approaches from integration of network, database and application. This paper is composed of five parts. An introduction of integration is given. In part 2, the integration of network is presented, The integration of databases is the main subject of the third part.Adapted to Internet/Intranet/Extranet architecture, the laboratory process control and management integrated system is discussed in part four. It is implemented to monitor and control the eight experiments in the laboratory interactively with Web browser wherever you are by Internet.
