制备方法对 CuO/ZrO_2 催化剂性能的影响

摘要 考察了以共沉淀法及浸渍法(其中ZrO2载体是由超临界干燥法得到的超细粒子)制得的CuO/ZrO2催化剂对CO/2H2合成甲醇的性能。结果表明浸渍法所得催化剂的活性显著优于共沉淀法所得催化剂的活性。在此两种方法制得的催化剂上,甲醇的选择性均很高(大于98%),反应温度对催化剂活性的影响均较为显著。考察了ZrO2载体比表面积对CuO/ZrO2催化剂活性的影响,发现载体的比表面积在316~220m2·g-1之间时,对应CuO/ZrO2催化剂对CO/2H2合成甲醇的活性最佳。 お? The catalytic performance of CuO/ZrO2 for methanol synthesis from CO/2H2 has been studied.The CuO/ZrO2 catalysts are prepared by means of coprecipitation (A) and impregnation (B),while for the preparation of the ZrO2 support the supercritical drying method is used.Results show that the catalysts prepared by (A) exhibit much greater activity than those prepared by (B).On the catalysts prepared by either method,the selectivity for methanol keeps higher than 98%,and there appears a significant effect of the reaction temperature on the activity of catalysts.The influence of the surface area of ZrO2 support on the activity has also been measured.It is concluded that when the surface area of ZrO2 support ranges between 316 m2·g-1~220 m2·g-1,catalysts CuO/ZrO2 display the best activity for the methanol synthesis from CO/2H2.
