摘要
[目的]研究丽格海棠愈伤组织胚状体的诱导,观察其胚状体的发生、发育过程。[方法]实体和石蜡切片法。[结果]丽格海棠愈伤组织的生长具有群体效应,其胚状体是经胚状体原始细胞→多细胞胚→球形胚→心形成熟胚这一过程发育而来。[结论]该研究为人工种子的研制提供了基础。
[ Objective] The conditions of callus and emblyoid induced from Regier begonia was studied, and the appearance and growing of embryoid were also observed. [ Method] Desiset glasses and cross section were used. [ Result] The growth of callus from Regier begonia had a group effect. The development of its embryoid included primary cell, multi-cell, sphere and heart-shaped process. [ Conclusion] The experiment could help the study on the artificial seeds.
