盐胁迫下不同浓度的锰处理对小麦幼苗生长及SOD·POD的影响

Effects of Different Concentrations of Manganese Treatments on the Growth of Wheat Seedlings and the Activities of SOD,POD under Salt Stress

[目的]研究盐胁迫下不同浓度的锰处理对小麦幼苗生长及SOD、POD活性的影响。[方法]以淮麦19号为试材,将小麦种子及幼苗分别用1%的NaC lO溶液和0.1%的NaC l溶液处理后,再喷施不同浓度的硫酸锰溶液(0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5 mg/L),分别测定小麦幼苗的鲜重、根长、根重及叶片中SOD和POD的活性,研究盐胁迫下不同浓度的锰处理对小麦幼苗生长及SOD、POD活性的影响。[结果]不同浓度的锰处理对小麦幼苗根长、苗高、鲜重的影响显著,锰处理浓度为0.5 mg/L时小麦幼苗的根长、苗高分别比对照增加了9.6%、9.8%;锰处理浓度分别为0.5、2.0 mg/L时,小麦幼苗的鲜重分别比对照减少了25.9%和27.2%;2.0 mg/L的锰浓度处理可以显著增加小麦幼苗体内SOD和POD的活性,分别比对照增加了14.1%、25.2%。[结论]该试验提出了合理的小麦施锰肥的技术,为农业生产实际服务。

[ Objective ] The purpose was to study the effects of different concn, of manganese treatments on the growth of wheat seedlings and the activities of SOD, POD under salt stress. [ Method I With Huaimai 19 as tested materials, wheat seeds and seedlings were treated with 1% NaClO solution and 0.1% NaCl solution, resp. , and then sprayed with different magnesium sulfate solution at 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 mg/L. The fresh weight, root length, root weight of wheat seedlings as well as the activities of SOD and POD of leaves were determined to study the effects of different concn, of manganese treatments on the growth of wheat seedlings and the activities of SOD, POD under salt stress. [ Result] Manganese treatments with different concn, had significant effects on the root length, seedling height and fresh weight of wheat seedlings. The root length and seedling height of wheat seedlings increased by 9.6% , 9.8% compared with CK when manganese was 0.5 mg/L, resp. ; the fresh weight of wheat seedlings decreased by 25.9% and 27.2% compared with CK when manganese were 0.5, 2.0 mg/L, resp. Manganese at 2.0 mg/L could significantly increased the activities of SOD and POD of wheat seedlings, which increased by 14.1% , 25.2% compared with CK, resp. [ Conclusion] This paper put forward a reasonable application of manganese fertilizer technology in wheat, which could service for agricultural production.
