摘要
对油用向日葵的生物学特性、耐盐性、耐旱性、抗氧化能力、营养成分及应用价值进行了综述,指出油用向日葵是一种耐盐碱、耐瘠、耐旱、适应性广的油料植物,经济效益高;可有效改良盐碱地的土壤肥力,在发展生态农业、提高农民经济收益方面有较大潜力。
The biological characteristics, salt tolerance, drought tolerance, antioxidant capacity, the nutritional components and the application value of Helianthus annuus L. were reviewed. H. annuus is a kind of oil plants with strong salinity resistance, barren resistance, drought resistance, wide adaptability and high cost-effectiveness. It also can effectively improve fertility of alkaline soil. In the development of ecological agriculture, it has greater potential on improving the economic benefits of farmers.
