摘要
简要介绍了自动分拣系统的自动上包机的结构及电气控制系统，重点论述了基于激光扫描上包的上包速度与货包信息同步跟踪之间的矛盾及其解决方法，并给出了自动上包部分的流程框图．实际应用表明，文中所采用的上包控制方案是行之有效的．
The structure and the control system of the automated feeding machine of a automated sorting system are depicted. The conflict between the speed of feeding box based on laser scanning and the synchronized trace of sorting information of sorted boxes is discussed, then the solution of the conflict is given. For the illustration of the implementation of the automated feeding box, the flow chart is presented. The actual application to the automated sorting system demonstrats that the solution of feeding box control is valid.
