摘要
[目的]探讨不同浓度的稀土化合物硝酸铈对组培苗的影响,为稀土化合物硝酸铈在农业上的应用提供参考。[方法]将南瓜组培苗培养在含不同浓度硝酸铈的MS培养基上,通过对组培苗的叶片数、株高、鲜重、叶绿素含量等指标的测试,来研究稀土化合物硝酸铈对组培苗的影响。[结果]当硝酸铈浓度不高于10.0μg/ml时,对南瓜组培苗的生长无明显影响,南瓜组培苗的鲜重和叶绿素a、叶绿素b的含量略有提高,并且在硝酸铈浓度为10.0μg/ml时,叶绿素含量、鲜重、株高均达到最大值;当浓度高于10.0μg/ml时,硝酸铈对南瓜组培苗产生毒害作用并随着其浓度的升高而增加;当浓度为200.0μg/ml时,3组组培苗全部死亡。[结论]稀土化合物硝酸铈对组培苗的影响具有浓度依赖性,低浓度(10.0μg/ml)有助于组培苗的生长发育,而高浓度对组培苗有毒害作用。
[ Objective ] The reference for the application of the rare earth compound-cerium nitrate in agriculture was provided through the investigation of the effects of its different concentrations pumpkin plantlet growth. [ Method ] The number of leaf, plant height, fresh weight, the content of chlorophyll and other indicators of pumpkin plantlet cultured in vitro in the MS medium with the different concentrations of cerium nitrate were tested to study its impact on pumpkin plantlet growth. [ Results ] There was no significant efficiency on pumpkin plantlet growth when the concentration of cerium nitrate was below 10.0 μg/ml and the fresh weight and the content chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b of pumpkin plantlet were slightly increased. The peak value of the content of chlorophyll, the fresh weight growth and the plant height of pumpkin pla- ntlet were reached while its concentration was 10.0 μg/ml. The poisoning effect on pumpkin plantlet growth could be formed when its concen- tration was over 10.0 μg/ml and the heavier the poisoning effect was, the higher its concentration was. All of pumpkin plantlets were death when its concentration was 200.0 μg/ml. [ Conclusion] The effect of cerium nitrate on pumpkin plantlet depended on its concentration. The low-concentration( 10.0 μg,/ml) was contributed to plantlet growth and development and high concentration could had the poisoning effect on plantlet growth.
