Investigation on the Clinical Immunology Effect of PRRS Vaccine in Anhui Province

[目的]为科学、客观评价猪蓝耳病疫苗临床应用效果,对猪蓝耳病防控工作提供参考依据;[方法]选择安徽省40家规模养殖场,对目前市场上常用的4种蓝耳病疫苗分别为普通蓝耳灭活疫苗、高致病性蓝耳病灭活疫苗、国产弱毒疫苗与进口蓝耳病弱毒疫苗进行疫苗使用情况的调查;[结果]受蓝耳病污染的猪场使用弱毒疫苗免疫效果较好,普通灭活疫苗效果不明显,高致病性灭活疫苗针对猪蓝耳病阴性猪群免疫效果较好;[结论]弱毒疫苗效果较好,但接种后可在体内增毒。猪蓝耳病的预防关键要加强饲养管理,采取综合防控的措施。

[ Objective] The research aimed to provide the significance reference for PRRSV prevent and control work, clinical practice effect of PRRSV vaccine is evaluated scientific and objective. [ Method ] Forty scale farms were ehoosed from Anhui Province, four kinds of vaccines was ordinary inactivated PRRSV, high pathogenic inactivated vaccine, domestic attenuated vaccine and imported attenuated vaccine, which frequently used in the present market have been investigated on employment. [ Result] The main results of the investigation were as follows： the effectiveness of the attenuated vaccine was good, and the effectiveness of high pathogenic inactivated vaccine was not very significant. [ Conclusion] The effective of PRRS attenuated is better,but the vaccine virus could reproduce in vivo. The effectiveness of ordinary inactived vaccine was not significant. The effectiveness of high pathogenic inactivated vaccine is good in the negative pig farms of PRRSV. The key point preventing PRRS is to strengthen rearing and management, and to adopt compositive preventing and controlling measures.
